Tokyo, Japan / Schwerte, Germany – March 26, 2025 – Nihon Denji Sokki Co. Ltd (NDK), a leading Japanese specialist in magnet production, magnetization and magnetic measurement technology, has officially entered into a distributorship agreement with ELSOMA GmbH of Schwerte, Germany.
The agreement was signed on the opening day of the Coiltech Exhibition in Augsburg by Mr. Arihito Kasahara, President of NDK, and Mr. Bernd Böhle, Managing Director of ELSOMA. This milestone marks a significant step in expanding NDK’s footprint in Europe, as ELSOMA becomes the exclusive sales partner for NDK’s magnetization and measurement equipment in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In addition to sales, ELSOMA will also provide local repair and service support for NDK products in these regions.
Arihito Kasahara emphasized the strength of the collaboration: “We have worked with ELSOMA on a project basis for several years, building a strong and trusted relationship. Now, we are taking the next step to expand our presence in Europe, leveraging our success in the Japanese and Asian markets.
